The bygone precious twelve years of recognising me as a teacher have been extremely exhilarating. Joining TIGPS, and being a part of the huge TIGPS family, have only added pure gratification, and immense opportunity to excel as a teacher and above all as a good human. The paviours of this family, our respected Principal have been an epitome of inspiration, guidance, hard work and patience. A short duration of six months, since I joined TIGPS, in January, as a physics faculty, was more than enough to instil a sense of belongingness to the school. This fulfilling feeling naturally and effortlessly intensified the enthusiasm and craving to ace in every responsibility bestowed upon a mentor, a teacher for the upliftment of students.

TIGPS helps in quenching this thirst of excellence in all possible ways, providing advanced technology aided teaching amenities like smart boards, well equipped Science Lab, AI Integrated Computer & Robotics Lab, opportunity to participate in various prestigious competitions, exhibitions and also providing technical workshops to develop our teaching and assessment skills. With constant encouragement and support from our Principal and my colleagues, I have been fortunate enough to guide students in one such science exhibition, “West Bengal state student youth science fair 2023-24" held on '8th & 9th February 2024 '. We secured 1st position in the competition in District level and represented our school on state level in this science fair, with profound pride and joy, added a feather to the decorated TIGPS hat.

I wish, pray and surely believe that TIGPS will showcase a collage of achievement, proliferation, ascendancy in the true sense of it all, in the years to come.

It was 2007 18th of April I joined Techno India Group Public School, as a novice. When I joined Techno India Group Public School, Balurghat as an assistant teacher in 2007, the school was still in Class V. The school started off with a handful of children. During this seventeen years loads of memories are stored carefully with love. The founder and co- chairman of TIGPS is Prof.Manoshi Roy Chowdhury, a lady with admirable patience and support, gave us her continuous encouragement to bring the school. One of the most important aspect of loving the school is, its surrounding, as it is encircled by lush green vegetation which makes the campus very positive in all aspects. I was uncertain of how I would fit into the world of education as a teacher, in fact, this was my first teaching practice. After completing a few months, I recognized my teaching abilities. I was able to learn many different things that was helpful to make me a confident teacher. Although I could face many possible challenges in the classroom, I exercised many of the things which was important to be a good teacher. There were many times during this duration I experienced roller coaster ride that gave me a broad idea of how the ordinary life of a teacher would go. Similarly, I got a profound sense of how the classroom environment is for most instructors. In general, I believe this was a pleasant experience for me, and I learned a lot in such a long period. Regarding my achievements, I must mention the students who are our assets and whenever I get chance to meet them, it reminds me about this. The students only kept us alive through their journey in different fields and our TIGPians are remarkable. Many of the events I was there as a guide and students made it successful in past years, I can’t even recall, but my achievement was, their appreciation. As a teacher, I still have a long way to go. I still have a lot to learn and improve. Looking back, I have no regrets choosing this profession. I am glad I was able to teach, make lesson plans, work in groups, and provide feed backs.

I Rita Roy (TGT Cum Co-ordinator) began my journey as a teacher at Techno India Group Public School, Balurghat, on May 2nd, 2007, when I joined as a Primary Teacher. It was a fresh beginning filled with enthusiasm and a passion for nurturing young minds. In 2008, I was promoted to the role of Coordinator for Play Group to KG, and the following year, I took on additional responsibilities as Coordinator for Play Group to Class II. These early years helped me grow both professionally and personally, and I learned to adapt to the diverse needs of my students.

In 2015, I received another promotion, this time as Coordinator for Play Group to Class IV. This new role allowed me to contribute more significantly to the development and implementation of innovative teaching strategies across a broader age range. In 2010, I was honored to receive the Best Teacher Award from our Honourable Chairperson Ma'am at Techno India Group in Salt Lake, a moment that reinforced my commitment to excellence in education.

In 2024, I was made the Teachers' Representative for CBSE by our Honourable Principal, a role that enables me to bridge communication between the faculty and administration, ensuring that the teachers' perspectives are considered in key decisions.

My aim and dream for our school is to foster an environment that nurtures curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in every child. I envision a school where every student feels valued, inspired, and empowered to reach their full potential, both academically and personally. I am committed to working tirelessly to make this vision a reality, collaborating with my colleagues, students, and their families to create a dynamic and inclusive learning community.

I feel very happy to say that Techno India Group Public School has exceeded my expectations in many ways. The school’s curriculum is scientifically prepared balancing the academic rigor with a focus on holistic development. The teachers at Techno India Group Public School are not only knowledgeable but also dedicated, supportive and well trained. They impart their knowledge to the students in such a manner to ensure the complete learning which in turn helps the students to build both confidence and competence in subjects they once struggled with. The school always informs the parents about the progress of the child. Frequent parent-teacher meetings also help to be updated the parents about the performance of their children. Beyond academics, the school offers a wide array of extracurricular activities that allow children to explore their interests, whether in sports, arts, music etc. The school's commitment in providing an all round education is evident in the variety of programs they offer. The campus is clean, safe, and conducive to learning. Classrooms are well-equipped with modern teaching tools and the library and computer labs are also well - furnished. The school always takes care the safety and security of the students. Overall, the school strikes a good balance between academics, creativity and personal growth which we exactly search for. In a nutshell, I can say that the school imparts very good quality education.

It was a wonderful experience to interact with such inquisitive students from Techno India Group Public School, Balurghat. Children were very interactive and spontaneous as they had much more interest in practical learning. Most of them came up with great innovative ideas to be applicable in different field, some of them were very much focused to achieve their goals with their full efforts and creative potential. The most interesting part was having conversation with them regarding applications of Biotechnology in agriculture. This school provide an environment to push their students to think differently.
